Saying that, I do hope that it's a success as it's nice to see Who related programmes do well but sadly I just cannot see it happening unless it's a reasonably budgeted CGI film with a good marketing push behind it.
The TV series that shown in 2009 ran for 1 season which had 26 episodes. After that it just disappeared and K9 was only seen when making appearances in The Sarah Jane Adventures and for me that's how K9 should work, making small appearances in other shows.
Anyway, I wish it well but unfortunately I just cannot see it succeeding.
